Currently reservations cannot be made online.  Please follow the steps below to make your reservation:

1. Review our policies (below) and contact Jack or Lisa to check on availability (jackshevory@gmail.com). You can also view our weneedavacation.com listings and availability calendars (ID #21720 and ID # 20585).  However, please check with us first before sending a check, just in case!  

2. We will email you a reservation form.

3. Mail form and payment to Jack Shevory - mailing information is on the form/within our correspondance.

Reservation Policy:

>> A Deposit of one half (1/2) the total amount due is required to secure reservation.

>> Deposit must be received within two (2) weeks from date of making reservation. 

>> Deposits and final balances must be paid in U S Funds.

>> Final balances must be paid in full on day of arrival.

>> No foreign currency; Cash, Bank Check or Money Order in US Funds.

>> Credit Cards not accepted.

Check In / Check Out Policy:

>> All reservations begin and end on Saturday.

>> Check-In Time no earlier than 1:00 PM.

>> Check-Out Time no later than 9:00 AM.

>> Please notify if arriving after 6:00 PM on Saturday.

>> It is expected that the homes / cottages will be left in the same condition as they were found. (Neat and Clean).

General Policies

>> Pets allowed in certain accomodations, please inquire.

>> Please no smoking inside the rental property.

>> No overnight guests.

Cancellation Policy

>> Reservations are considered as binding commitments for the reservation specified on the reservation form. Deposits are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes. In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be fully refunded provided the cancellation is re-rented without costs incurred by Lantern Lane.
